Design

  • Meet With Client - Via Email or Phone

  • Discuss Design - Size, style, wood type, finishes, stains, paints, color preferences, etc.

  • Discuss Dimensions

  • Offer Options - Wood types, leg styles, epoxy resin, custom inlays, etc.

  • Sketch Design - Digitally

  • Give Timeline Estimate

  • Get Customer Approval on Design

Pricing & Payment

  • Estimate Cost - Materials, labor, hardware, finish, delivery/shipping

  • Send Invoice

  • Receive Deposit - (typically 30-50% upfront to cover materials)

  • Accept Payment - Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, ect.

Gather Materials

  • Purchase Wood & Materials

    • Lumber

    • Hardware - (Screws, Epoxy, C-channels, Inserts)

    • Adhesives or Epoxy

    • Finishes - (Polyurethane, Hard-wax Oil, Stain, etc.)

  • Check Moisture Content

  • Inspect Boards for Warps/Defects

Build

  • Mill Lumber - (Joint, Plane, Rip, and Cut to Size)

  • Glue up/Epoxy - (Clamp/allow proper drying time.)

  • Construct Base - (Legs/Supports)

  • Joinery - (Mortise & Tenon, Pocket , Dowels)

  • Sand - (80-600 depending on project & finish.)

  • Final Fit & Assembly

Finishing

  • Apply Finish - (2-3 Coats)

  • Sand Between Coats - (If Needed)

  • Stain - (Optional)

  • Handle Any Minor Touch-ups

Final Payment

  • Collect Final Payment Before or Upon Delivery

  • Deliver & Install Piece (If Local)

  • Ship Piece (If Non-Local)

  • Discuss Care Instructions (Cleaning & Refinishing Guidance)

  • Request Photos For Portfolio

For customers within our local delivery range, we provide personal delivery to make sure your piece is handled with care. For domestic orders outside the area we partner with trusted carriers who specialize in handling large items.

Shipping costs vary based on size, weight, and destination. We’ll provide a detailed shipping quote and timeline before finalizing your order.

For local deliveries, we offer in-home assembly and setup to make the experience as quick and easy as possible for you.
