Discuss Design - Size, style, wood type, finishes, stains, paints, color preferences, etc.
Discuss Dimensions
Offer Options - Wood types, leg styles, epoxy resin, custom inlays, etc.
Sketch Design - Digitally
Give Timeline Estimate
Get Customer Approval on Design
Pricing & Payment

Estimate Cost - Materials, labor, hardware, finish, delivery/shipping
Send Invoice
Receive Deposit - (typically 30-50% upfront to cover materials)
Accept Payment - Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, ect.
Gather Materials

Purchase Wood & Materials
Lumber
Hardware - (Screws, Epoxy, C-channels, Inserts)
Adhesives or Epoxy
Finishes - (Polyurethane, Hard-wax Oil, Stain, etc.)
Check Moisture Content
Inspect Boards for Warps/Defects

Build
Mill Lumber - (Joint, Plane, Rip, and Cut to Size)
Glue up/Epoxy - (Clamp/allow proper drying time.)
Construct Base - (Legs/Supports)
Joinery - (Mortise & Tenon, Pocket , Dowels)
Sand - (80-600 depending on project & finish.)
Final Fit & Assembly

Finishing
Apply Finish - (2-3 Coats)
Sand Between Coats - (If Needed)
Stain - (Optional)
Handle Any Minor Touch-ups
Final Payment
